‘Love Unspoken’ was created by a collective of young Singaporeans dedicated to uncovering and highlighting the often unnoticed acts of dedication and care within our community. We focus on the relationships among Singaporeans, their connections to the community, and the quiet commitment they have for the country.
What is ‘Love Unspoken’ goal?
‘Love Unspoken’ aims to shine a light on the silent acts of love that often go unnoticed, inspiring individuals to recognise and value the subtle yet profound expressions of affection for Singapore and our community. We design social narratives and conversations with Singaporeans to uncover their love for our nation.
Is ‘Love Unspoken’ a new charity or religious organisation, a government or commissioned agency, funded by corporations or brands?
‘Love Unspoken’ is a ground up initiative by a collective of young Singaporeans. We are neither a government nor commercial entity.
What is ‘The Unseen Project’?
The Unseen Project' is a social experiment designed by ‘Love Unspoken’ to uncover and highlight the often-overlooked love people have for Singapore.
We aim to prove the hypothesis that “We love Singapore more than we realise” by focusing on small gestures, everyday moments, and the subtle ways citizens connect with their homeland.
We believe that actions speak louder than (unwritten) words, and (unspoken) thoughts. And we want to help Singaporeans tell their story.
Does the ‘Unseen Project’ feature real people and stories?
Dear Singapore Gallery features organic story submissions that may be edited for brevity. Unseen People highlights citizens who could be your neighbours or relatives. They are not healthcare or social workers, charity founders or volunteers.
How can one support or contribute to the Unseen Project?

Submit your story and get others to do the same. Celebrate the often overlooked people, places, and habitats that make Singapore uniquely ours. We are on the lookout for stories to feature Unseen People who show their love within their communities, beyond their families and vocations.
